2  I see Beads Every Where in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Bonster4454 on: October 14, 2009 09:55:00 PM
I know this is not a completed beaded project but I wanted to share my excitement. I found a free box of gaudy ornaments and instantly saw beads. I took the box home full of 20 ornaments, disassembled all the ornaments and ended up with a box full of beads! For Free! *Smiling* I can use all of the materials except the glue gobs. I think you have to be a crafter to see beauty in free gaudy ornaments!

3  Foreign Coin and Belt Loop Necklace in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Bonster4454 on: October 14, 2009 09:36:37 PM

I made this necklace last week using foreign coins from my collection as a child. The circles and rectangular clasps I salvaged from a belt. The beads are vintage brass (I think) and the chain came from other vintage necklaces.

This is my new favorite thing to do, taking apart the old and creating the new.

Comments are appreciated    Grin!

Yeah! I absolutely Love my bead soup from Teriyakimoto!
The Soup

Shells from Okinawa (will be using these for a xmas gift)

Cool small bones

I've never seen such awesome polymer beads! Did you make these? Beads have images on both sides.

I almost fell over when I saw these glass beads. It'll be hard for me to use them. I may just want to stare and hoard them for awhile.

More cool polymer beads (am I spelling that right?)

Sun charms, swirly beads, and whimsical beads.

Huge stash of awesome plastic, textured beads. I love them!

A lovely pair of earrings made just for me.  Grin Green matches my eyes.

Teriyakimoto, Thank you so much for putting this bead soup together for me. I absolutely love all the beads you sent me. I was very excited to receive all my gems and lovely beads. Thank you!! Bonnie(bonster4454)   Grin Grin

I got my package today!! Yeah. I love everything you made and included in my package. Let's start with the brown drawstring pouch with cute little white flowers. I've decided I'm going to use this bag for collecting agates on the beach near me.

You're are absolutely right I love this fabric, and I want to make more buttons with it.

several yards of this awesome fabric.  Smiley
I absolutely love the felt flower pin, I'm wearing it right now.

The pin cushion is perfect, I really like the checkerboard design.

How did you know I love trinket boxes, did I tell you that? The orange (my fav color) felt trinket box is great, and in excellent shape, nothing fell apart.

Cathie also made me fabric buttons and picked up the most coolest rock from her university in UK. I wrote the year and location on the bottom of the rock so I'll never forget where it came from.

Lastly, Cathie made me some marbled stationary. The colors are so much fun.

Cathieb, Thank you so much for making all the thoughtful goodies you sent me. I really enjoyed this craft swap. Thanks sevsonlygirl for matching me up with Cathieb.

Cheers to you, Bonster

10  Agate Beach B-day Cake in Dessert by Bonster4454 on: February 03, 2008 10:00:30 PM
My friend made this birthday cake for me. One half is a sandy beach named A-got-ay Beach and the other half is the ocean with sea kelp. She used jelly beans for agates, graham cracker for sand, a large picture of my face on a body, crafty stickies for the crab, sand bucket, and shovel. She also cut out a picture of herself and her mom snorkeling in hawaii. It's so awesome. What do you think?
