Thanks for your suggestions Boingo82!  I really appreciate it.  I think that I have been sewing too close to the edge, most of my seam allowances have been 1/4 inch.  I'll have to see if I have another throat plate.  Thanks  Kiss
17  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / I can't sew knits!!! Help! on: September 23, 2007 08:10:01 PM
So, I've been trying my hand at sewing knit fabric, jersey T-shirt stuff, and EVERYTIME  I try, the fabric gets pushed down by the needle into the feed dogs and all jumbled up.  I've tried different needles, ballpoint, etc.  Does anyone have special hints for sewing knit fabric?   Thanks so much, Julie  Kiss

That is frightening and hilarious at the same time!  Maybe my DH would wear boxers if he had some this cool...

I'd love to see an action shot of construction worker boxers.   Shocked

So sweet!  I love the fabric.  And the cowboy boots add just the right finishing touch!  My dd has the same boots and she's worn them all summer long.....
