1251  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / Re: Do you think my beaded jewelry is worth your hard-earned cash? mildly img-heavy on: October 18, 2006 08:21:53 AM
I am not a big jewellry wearer but I would probably buy something for friends, depending on how you price it. My personal favorites are the blue one with the little dangly hanging at the end, and the last one ... but I am very much a blue/green person so I am sure that has to do with it also!
1252  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Coolest flaming baby quilt ever... on: October 18, 2006 08:15:45 AM
That is wonderful ... and the brightness of it will certainly give the little boy something to focus his eyes on. I am sure he will be in love with it, and quite toasty, too~
1253  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Beautiful Embroidered Tree Of Life Pillows!!! on: October 18, 2006 08:08:15 AM
Those are beautiful ... I especially like the Tree of Life design! Your mother's shop sounds like it has a lot of interesting items!
1254  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: spiderweb pokerwork box!!! on: October 18, 2006 07:47:20 AM
Ellie, that is awesome! I would be making boxes for every gift giving holiday for the next year ... birthday cakes, hearts, mother's/father's day, etc.

My daughter is only 10, but it is wonderful to see things she creates, and to see the joy and thought she puts into those things. I have a small box she made me this summer at camp that I use in my studio to hold small items.

Keep at it~
1255  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Quilt Top on: October 17, 2006 05:58:25 PM
I am all about color! A cranberry pink would be beautiful, or a bright blue. Look forward to hearing what you decide to do with it.
1256  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: My second embroidered heart on: October 15, 2006 08:31:09 AM
That is beautiful! I love crazy quilted things with tons of detailed embroidery ... I would say you are definitely on your way to being "dangerous"  Wink!
1257  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Underwater Collage on: October 12, 2006 09:44:00 PM
that is beautiful ... I also love the isolated color in the predominately black and white.
1258  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: big paisley squares quilt on: October 12, 2006 09:41:04 PM
That is beautiful ... you did a fabulous job putting the squares together so that they compliment the square that they are next to. And it is the perfect type of quilt to "tie" instead of "quilt". Very cool~

1260  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Crazy Quilt/Collage pillows on: October 12, 2006 08:55:03 PM
They are loads of fun to do ... and don't require following a pattern, which I am incapable of doing! These are two others that just got completed and put up on my site this past weekend ...

So, have fun!!
