Here are my items from sezouli!

First is a fleece wrap with a felt tree to keep me warm by the fire (I love to camp).

A knitted purse (which my granddaughter will absolutely love) with Hello Kitty wallet and a zipper pouch that were inside.

A beautiful Christmas tree ornament.

For my three precious grandchildren, camping t-shirts!

She also included sewing patterns for my dolls to have new clothes, too!

Thanks, Cheryl! It was fun swapping with you.

What a great package from HalloweenNut! This is a shot of everything, and I'll describe the items in detail along with their pictures below.

Hand-painted shelf and mirror. Goes great with my living room decor!

Beautiful felted tote! Great for outings with my grandkids!

These dishcloths are too pretty to use! Think I'll use them for decoration, instead. Smiley

Thanks for a great swap! Hope to do it again - this time without any interruptions from hurricanes!

Sorry for the late post! I received from lutheranchick a while ago, but never got around to posting until now (I had been camping with my family. Smiley )

The package actually arrived while we were camping, so my daughter brought it to us so I could use it while camping. (Forgot the firestarters at home, and used the ones lutheranchick sent. They work great!)

Here is a picture of everything together. There's a tablecloth that, when folded and clasped with the clip, doubles as a sit-upon, a thrifted aluminum cooking pot (great for Girl Scout stew!) filled with homemade firestarters (I'll have to make some of these, myself!), and lovely notecards for snailmailing people.

Here's a close-up of the notecards. Sorry for the blur, the picture doesn't do them justice.

And the firestarters! As I said, these really came in handy during our trip, and everyone appreciated them.

This is a picture of the sit-upon/table cloth, partially unfolded. It's great!

Thanks again, lutheranchick! Everything was wonderful! Smiley

4  Awesome pillow from company work shirt in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by happykat on: November 19, 2006 07:39:10 PM
Recently my husband's boss was coming to town for training and I wanted to give her some sort of remembrance of her visit here for work.  I decided to reconstruct a company polo shirt into a throw pillow for her to take back home.  It was my first attempt at reconstructing and it was so simple to do!  Smiley

I left the pocket on the right side of the shirt (though it's not very visible in the picture) so that a sachet could be inserted, perhaps with lavendar potpourri to help her relax after a hard day at work.
