21  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Reflector bulldog handbag on: January 31, 2009 01:06:25 PM
Hi everyone!

I have made a new handbag. It started with that I hade promised my son to make a bulldog embroidery for a t-shirt. Then the embroidery turned out so good that I just had to make something for myself. I also wanted to make a new bag with reflector fabric since my old one is worn out (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=123486.msg1190954#msg1190954). I have used decor rubber (I'm note sure that is the English word though) as a stabiliser for the whole bag and it works so good.
Thanks for looking!

23  SEWING IN GENERAL / Machine Embroidery: Completed Projects / Digitized stuff I have made latly on: February 25, 2008 01:17:16 PM
I'm so happy that this broad have opened!

Thought I should start of with some of the latest stuff I have digitized and embroidered:

Amor, this I haven't drawn by my self. It's a picture from a old Swedish magazine I have digitized.

This is one side of a handbag that you can turn in side out. This dragonfly I have drawn looking at a picture and then made an embroidery of

On the other side of the bag I have digitized a old pinup picture

Oskar was invited to a masquerade and he didn't want to ware his sisters hat, with a cute skull whit a bow on, he wanted a mean skull. So as a kind mother I draw a skull and put it on a new hat, he was very pleased.

I made curtens whit jungle motive for my nephew. So when he was baptised later on I draw some animals and embroidered them on a bedset to match the curtens.

For Christmas I draw some Santa's little helper. The one on the right you can download from my homepage www.alvthin.se

I used them to make Christmas cards

I'm going on a jobinterview to morrow and needed something to ware for that occasion. I have bean between jobs for quite a while so I really need the job. I hope this outfit will get me a littel bit closer. Today I'm walking around peptalking to my self and preparing me for the interview. What do you think?

Excuse the pose, it's so darn hard to get in front of the camera before the selftimer goes of.

I have used two patterns from Ottobre Woman but I have changed the sleeve on the skirt.
