61  I miss Harry Potter in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Molliemoo2883 on: November 06, 2007 04:42:43 PM
I was cleaning out my room and I found my HP t-shirt I made for HP 4.  I love this shirt and I hope others will too. I used fabric paint and sponge letters I got from Target. Enjoy!

It says my last name on the back too.
By the way, does anyone know if the new HP movie will be out for Xmass? I really hope so. Smiley

66  Gummy Slug earing Project issues. in Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions by Molliemoo2883 on: August 17, 2007 07:57:41 PM
Ok so I have been wanting to try this idea for a while and I finally got around to it. I wanted to make ear rings out of the Harry Potter gummy slugs. I figured it would be easy, I would just mod podge them and throw them on some rings and walla! right? Wrong. SO I tried it and they started to melt? I dipped them and now some of the gummy is sliding off with the exess podge. Anyone have any ideas? If I can figure it out they are ganna look really cool. Slugs on my ears, I mean come on.
See how the yellow is dripping off.

67  Camera Case from plastic bag fabric in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Molliemoo2883 on: August 12, 2007 12:04:27 PM
I made myself a camera case useing the plastic bag to fabric tutorial in the recycled section. Its half sewn, half glues just because I am not that handy with the sewing machine yet. I think it went pretty well. It toom my a long time to make the fabric in the first place because I screwed up the heat setting on the iron but I think I have ot done now. I added the buttons for fun but it has a velcrow dot to keep it shut. Fun times.

68  My First Hat! in Knitting: Completed Projects by Molliemoo2883 on: August 12, 2007 08:44:03 AM
I just finished my first hat. I did not use a pattern wich I now know was a mistake but I like to think I am just one of those people who work by trial and error. Its too big but I am going to fix it and then where it everywhere. I am also going to make a scarf to match. I hope you like.

This is my friends dog Dessy in my hat.

Home Sick from work so I after a 5 hour nap I decided to get crafty. I am new to the sewing machine so I am always proud of what I can do with it. This could have been better but never the less, I still love it. Grin

I glued on the buttons on the bottom as an after thought.
