Yay pottermouth and Mistress Jennie! Such wonderful generosity on both of your parts!

And, I got my DGY box today... totally making that shawl for me, starting Monday! And, making earrings from the charms!

I can't wait to see that transformation! I was pretty impressed with the last one you did!

And, 4 1/2 days left of school... then I can craft a bit...

Good grief! When in the world does your school year begin if you still have almost a week to go? Feeling for you!

I've yet to see anything sheepBlue creates that doesn't turn out well, but if you say it's ugly I'll take your word for it. What color were you thinking of for the transformation? I thought the orange dye job turned out well but you can only use so many shawls of any one color.  Grin

The students usually start the Wednesday before Labor Day, and we were supposed to get out June 14th, but we had 6 snow days, so it bumped it to the 23rd. They're trying to work out a plan so that we can make up snow days in some other fashion. One year we had so many storms that we didn't get out until June 28th! Just one of the facts of life when you live in the snow belt of Massachusetts!

A secret style... interesting! Smiley I think someone needs to do a secret style swap now!

Oooh! I like those colors!

I'm hoping to get some sitting-in-front-of-the-AC crocheting done this summer, and shawls (I have 2 planned) are on my list!

I got my DGY sample sale yarn, plus the mystery (or surprise) option. My mystery option was a yarn Ive received already, I think, so I can make something a little bit bigger!

What a great idea! And, they do sound delicious! I'll be staying with my brother and sister-in-law for a week this summer, and I might have to make some for my doggie niece and nephew. I'll have to check to make sure it's okay first, of course.

You'll be the favorite auntie!

I hope so! Smiley

As a teacher, I would absolutely love to receive something like this! Instead, I think I'll have to make one for myself. Thanks for sharing how you made it!
