1  DIY Floral Wreath for $15! in Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects by brightshadows on: July 14, 2017 08:32:07 PM

This wreath is so easy to make, and cheap too! I was looking at my boring door and I realized I only had a Christmas wreath and I hadnt done a DIY in a while. Depending on how much of a perfectionist you are, this wreath will take less than an hour to make.

I got my branch wreath form for $5 at Michaels.  I bought the fake flowers at Dollarama so that they would be cheaper.

3  *MATURE* Penis Pop Bachelorette Favors in Weddings and Bridal Showers by brightshadows on: May 01, 2011 06:54:36 PM
I wanted to give my friend a phallic shaped candy as a stocking stuffer in her bachelorette gift, but all the candy at the sex store was nasty and so old looking.  So I bought a silicone penis shaped mould and just made enough for everyone!

It's not that creative, I just melted chocolate chips put them in the mould and let them harden...excuse the pun Wink

I made this by gluing zippers together and attaching the design to a silver chain.  What do you think?

6  $5 t-shirt + Chains in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by brightshadows on: March 29, 2011 09:47:14 PM
Excuse the shoddy pics, it's hard to take pictures of yourself.

So I saw a shirt like this in a boutique store for $150+ and I loved it but could not afford it or justify that price.  So I thought "I could make that." So with one $5 t-shirt and lots of chains (I had many hanging around because I'm more of a jewelry maker) later I have this!

Comments appreciated! Sorry if I went pic overload.

8  Purple & Black Leather Necklace in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by brightshadows on: February 23, 2011 09:36:04 PM
I was experimenting awhile ago when I made this necklace; usually I just work with beads.  It is hand cut from purple and black leather with some black crystals.

My friend gave me two huge bags of old beads, a lot was junk, but I found some gems.  This is what I came up with.
