1  Total newbie to sewing's first recon (aww) fuzzy pics ahoy! in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by stopitgetdown on: September 09, 2006 11:55:14 AM
Ello, I very recently took up sewing and thought I'd pretty much jump straight in and recon some of my old maternity stuff  Smiley this was a long gypsy skirt made out of stretch jersey... it's taken me yonks to get it nearly right...

There are two unavoidable problems with it a) it is completely see through, which is fine if you like being induced to vomit whenever I walk past you, and b) you can see my knickers through the little, er, holey detaily thing, but hey ho I got the damn thing to fit me!!

Oh, sorry for fuzz-tastic pics - my sister in law has taken our camera on holiday so this was the webcam...
(I hope the images work if not give me a second!)

Le Fantastique Fuzztastique Front!

Le Terrifying Wobbletastique Butt!

Baby's first darts... (aww, and ohh dear!)

And hopefully you can actually see a bit of the frill here -

Sorry again for the fuzzy pics - tell me how crap I am, I kinda like it  Wink I can't wait to get my tailors dummy for christmas (yep, I'm an ambitious gal!)

(whoops screwed up the photos, hopefuly they're ok now...AND I put it in the bags section like a total idiot... <falls over laughing!!!>)
