1  Re: Once You Pop Swap Rd8 - HALLOWEEN GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by tazzell on: October 01, 2008 01:05:37 PM
Ok time for pictures. Smiley

The can...so cool and I'm so impressed by PimpernelSmith's sewing skills I wouldn't know where to start covering a can like that

and look its lined with the cutest fabric too!

PimpernelSmith sent these great window clings for my youngest and she is so excited with them and can't wait for me to finish decorating her room so she can decorate her window.  Grin

The box everything was sent it was enormous

and everything was so beautifully wrapped.

This was the great haul of candy

Brilliant magnets that were put straight onto my fridge

The cutest barrette's.  Wee one claimed the bone one straight away but she says she'll share with me LOL  Cheesy

My eldest loves her science so this poison bottle is so great

Unfortunately PimpernelSmith couldn't send me the poison and antidote but she still included these.  I love how vodka is my antidote  Cheesy  She knows me too well.

The cutest wee set of coasters

And some amazing glasses to put on them

And thanks for all the great plastic bags, I've just depleted my supply and I love foreign bags especially this one.

I'm going to have to learn how to fuse plastic bags now just so that I can turn this one into a new bag.  Smiley

Thank you so much for everything Kimberly you really did spoil us  Kiss

Ok my turn to share my undies with you all now.  Who would have thought (pre-Craftster days) that I would be showing them to people! Cheesy

But when they are as wonderful as these how can I not.  Thanks to my lovely partner BonBabbu I proudly present my new undies.

I should add the last two pair of pants are black but for some reason the sun and my camera have made them look grey.

I am terrified to have a kid.  What if it turns out like me?!?!
But I don't know how to tell you.
Written on the baby - Ugly, fuck up, depressed, fat, cutter.

I hate being the only one in my apartment who owns a car.

Both of my room mates totalled theirs. My reward for safe driving seems to be the privilege of driving them around.

Wow that cross stitch is amazing!  Having just ventured into the world of cross stitch for another swap I appreciate how much work that took.

Glad you liked everything I sent Edel.  Grin  Today I received your parcel and I am absolutely thrilled with everything.  I am such a lucky girl and will definately be standing out from the crowd (of Stepfords) with my amazing new things.   Ok pics

A great wee pouch/purse to keep all my things together

An embroidered patch...now where to put it is the dilemma

The cutest set of earrings and a necklace (someone stalked my wists Wink )

Ok Wist buttons at the ready and I apologise now for lots of pictures but I am so excited.  This is the wonderful package I received today from Angry Angel.

Meet Nemi

Nemi is a Shore Sprite who lives on the seashore and hides herself from prying eyes with her seashell hat and seaweed-like hair as camouflage.
Isn't she just beautiful?

There was also these pretty wee birds on a key chain that is now proudly on my handbag.

These gorgeous necklaces as modelled by the lovely Nemi.  The necklaces are reminiscent of the sea - bubbles and seaweed.  I am wearing them right now Grin

A pretty wee bookmark of a beaded blackberry for all my outdoor reading

And this amazing bag for taking a spare coat/jumper in when we go off on our walks.

Nemi says it's the perfect size for her to tag along too Wink

Thank you so much Angry Angel you totally spoiled me.

Post was good today

I'm sorry you're sick.  I'm sorry you're in pain.  But I'm still a kid!
I shouldn't be the one with all the responsibilities.  It's not fair...
I feel like I'm imprisoned....

I have a TEN cup a day habit.
I rarely drink anything else.

I don't wear makeup because I think it's pointless.
But I might on occasion if I knew how to put it on correctly.

Wow everything so so amazing.  There are some trully talented people here  Smiley

Ok Angry Angel has received but she's got camera issues just now so after spending half an hour banging my head against my screen trying not to swear at photobucket these are the only shots I can show you all just now.

Everything together

Two framed cross stitch herbs.

A bag I made out of a recycled pillow case, a tie, two pieces of driftwood and more cross stitching which has never been my thing before this swap but my eldest daughter has now shown me how.

The cross stitch on the bag

A wee fimo journal.

There was also a stencilled vest that you can see in the photo of everything and a set of 6 notecards with farmyard animals on.  I also included 2 wee boxes of magnetic frogs for her sons and some scottish sweeties.

Oh and I forgot this wee topiary bunny.

Tasha received her parcel on Tuesday, so sorry it's taken till now to get pics up.  What with work, school and Tasha running off with all her goodies immediately it's been difficult to get pics Cheesy

She is so pleased with everything and thinks Mia is great at drawing.
The t shirt went straight on and the mug was used for her after school drink.  The Dr Who and Rose dress up dolls are brilliant and of course the Adipose is amazing.  Ok pics

Can you tell how excited she was?

Thanks again to Mia and Mum  Wink It was great swapping with you.
