what is the purpose of the sealant?  just to hold the rocks together?  do i need to seal anything i put in with my fishies?

ha!  i laughed when i saw the title!  that's so me!  i live on a diet of cheese pizza, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese!  ha!  clearly, i can contibute nothing to this thread.  i buy vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, but just never get around to cooking.  check out 15 minute vegetarian.  it has some quick and easy recipes....just not a quick and easy as chinese food delivery.....

seitan might be a good choice.  i can't cook for anything, but my friend makes great seitan...it may be the most similar texture that you will be able to find.  as for actually tasting like pork - i have no idea how to season it.
