1  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Re: Sublime Stitching - THE NEW BOOK! Out 10/06 on: August 08, 2006 02:12:51 PM

Jenny, I was wondering if the patterns are all 'new' as I already have the Stitch It Kit and ordered all sets of patterns from the website. Thanks, and congrats! Smiley

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone, I appreciate them! I'm afrraid of doing all the embroidery and not being able to get rid of the extra lines, so maybe I'll try the scrap test first. Thanks a lot! Smiley

4  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Big problem with SS patterns--please help! on: August 02, 2006 01:41:43 PM
Hi everyone! After falling in love with SS after buying the Stitch-it-Kit, I ordered all the sets of patterns (I'm addicted) from the website. But now I'm having a major problem.

The Stitch-it-Kit had tissue paper in between each design, because some of the ink rubs off. Almost all my patterns I odered from the website (they're all folded) have rubbed off on each other, leaving lines, blobs, and superimposed images over each other. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I ruined some nice material.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it? I'm so anxious to use my patterns!

Thank you for your help!
5  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Question about Purty Pillowcase kit on: July 31, 2006 04:21:04 PM
Hi everyone! Has anyone else ordered the SS Purty Pillowcase Kit? On the website it says it included 'pink embroidery scissors' but my kit did not have any scissors in it. Were they missing, or have they been discontinued from the kits? Thanks a lot! Smiley

A week and still no package...I'm so anxious.

Bubbledragon, I believe her profit is the same no matter where you get it from...many authors ask you to buy their books through Amazon, so I assume it must not be a detriment. Of course, I guess only Jenny would know for certain. Smiley

Hi everyone! I am SO GLAD I found this wonderful site and forum! I bought the Stitch It Kit 2 days ago and I'm already addicted to embroidery. I love it! I've made 2 things so far.

Could anyone please tell me, how long does it usually take orders from the Sublime Stitching website to arrive? I ordered a kit and some patterns and I'm so excited to get them! Thanks for any info, and happy stitching!
