15  Still young at heart though... in Stenciling: Completed Projects by Honeypie on: February 14, 2007 12:15:02 AM
My favorite aunt just turned 63. She is lots of fun and we love her so much. She tends to make jokes about her age, so I made her hoodie for her b-day. On the front left (sorry no pic) it says "Young at heart" (the a beeing a heart upside-down)....

...and on the back  Grin : (my DH is modeling)

16  Knitted babyblanket in Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies by Honeypie on: February 13, 2007 04:10:06 AM
I just finished a blanket for my next baby due i June.
Its alpakka wool, and very light and fluffy, yet warm.
I also croched a hat from the left over yarn. I guess its too big for a newborn, but Hey! Babies grow Smiley

The back is blue and white striped, and has his name, birthdate, weight and length.

I used the freezerpaper method and it worked out great. Freezerpaper is not sold in stores in my part of the world, but I went by the Butcher and they game some for free  Smiley

My son is a real daddys boy!!! So i made him a shirt with a pic of his dad that I made into a stencil with Photo Shop.

19  Wool Baby booties in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by Honeypie on: January 24, 2007 06:27:46 AM
This is my very first post with a pic  Smiley

I made my niece a pair of booties. I used pre-felted Nepal wool.
I think they turned out quite nice.
But they were a tiny bit too small for her  Cry

Well, Im expecting a babygirl myself in June, so I might just take them back  Grin
