the little things ive felted so far have untameable fibers all over it. it gives it that fuzzy, not "clean" look.
this girl violet pie (http://violetpie.typepad.com/violet_pie/woolarama/) has such cute, clean looking projects.

i just want to be as cool as her!!! what could i do to make my projects look less fuzzy?

so i am new to felting, but very much in love with it. ive been researching the various supplies/techniques and would like to know the difference between star and triangle needles. since the star has more sides, is it for more detailed work?
