1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Funky Apron on: December 20, 2008 08:15:18 PM
My oldest daughter and I came up with an idea for a neat and loud style apron but then simple when its reversed for my MIL. Here is what we came up with:

2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Tiered Pants on: December 08, 2008 08:55:01 PM
I am not finished them just yet I have to put in the bottom hem but could not wait to show them off. I am not too keen on the fabric but I wanted to use something that was just leftover from a top I made for my eldest daughter this summer. Anyhow here are the pants they run larger than I had anticipated more of a size 6 or 6X in size so Acadia won't fit them until the summer which is great!

3  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Argyle Reversible Dress on: December 08, 2008 10:13:26 AM
I worked on this cute dress this morning for my eldest toddler to wear during the winter months. I am making the same dress in a smaller size for the youngest to have as well. Let me know what you think.

4  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Apron style dress or top on: November 06, 2008 02:40:54 PM
I came up with a cute design to a new top, I am making a matching skirt and pants. The skirt/pants will have some cute trim to it and I will post those when I finish it up. I took my time making up this item today since I wanted it to be perfect! This fits my 1 year old toddler (size 2) as a nice dress, and the 3 year old toddler as a top. I will get pictures of them in it but they were not cooperating with pictures today lol.

5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Towel Tote on: November 05, 2008 10:13:58 PM
Found a tutorial online for this and thought it was awesome!! It turned out great but I am going to change it up just a bit to be a bit more functional for my kids to carry around. I think it turned out pretty darn good for a first try. What do you think?

6  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / How about a chef? on: November 04, 2008 08:16:34 PM
I made the apron up in July for Acadia and finally got around to making the hat up tonight, however she refused to model it so I could take a picture of her in it. Well I asked Evan and he was happy to do the modeling for me  Grin.

7  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Cute romper/overalls *more pics added in OP* on: November 02, 2008 11:34:27 AM
I drew out an idea of something new for a change. Anyhow this is what I came up with. I am going to have to make a pattern out of it for me to make more of them at a later date. Anyhow here they are, sorry no action shots today the girls are not cooperating with me.

I made these ones up today and they turned out very well. I modified the pattern I made up to make them bigger for size 3 to 4 toddler.

8  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / My newest creation - Vegbee's Fair Weather Jacket on: November 01, 2008 07:04:33 PM
I am soooo happy I bought this!!!! It turned out great, instructions super easy to follow and easy to sew as well. This is my first more detailed jacket and I am so in love with it. I am going to make up another one but for my younger toddler.

I still have to pick up buttons for the jacket so I just placed the ones that are on it just to give the idea of the finished product. I am thinking going with more of a brown button, the ones that are on there are a bit loud in my opinion. When it is totally finished I will post pictures of Acadia wearing her new jacket.

9  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Sleep sack on: September 25, 2008 12:33:47 PM
I took a stab at making one, no pattern at all just freehand drawing of what I wanted and this is how it turned out.

10  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Scoodie *2 more pics added in 1st post* on: September 25, 2008 10:20:29 AM
I made one for Ru however she is tired and does not want to have her picture taken. I had Acadia model it for me, I am making one for her with material that matches her snowsuit that I bought last year at discount prices. Anyhow here it is, and I will be making matching mittens for them as well. Thanks Vegbee for the tut!
