Thanks everyone for checking my work out and your responses! I was giggling almost the whole time I made the stitching. Thanks also for letting me know who the artist of that original image is - I'll have to remember to let my brother know, I know he will be interested to know! Thanks again everyone!!

Hello everyone!
I made this for my brother - he use to tell me about some poster he saw once on the back of a bathroom door - it was something about a talking toilet and remembering to always wipe. After some research - I found the poster! It was hilarious so I had to make him a reminder of the poster!
I tried using red crayon but I don't think I darkened it enough - so that part didn't turn out so well! After finishing I tried to go back and "brighten" that part up but I started to mess things up more. I could go back and cut out all the yellow stitching and do white instead or black. Anyways just wanted to share- the original poster is just pretty funny if you can read it all!
Here is the original poster:

Though I have tried my hand at scrapbooking/painting/soap making/ candle making/etc. Whats everyones interests?
5  UNITED STATES / North Carolina / Any Sewing Groups?! (Fayetteville Area) on: February 23, 2008 04:25:20 PM
Hello! I was wondering if anyone belonged or knew of any sewing groups in the Fayetteville area?! I've lived here in Fayetteville for almost 2 years and I haven't heard of any groups around here! If anyone knows of any, please post the info because I would love to join some and get to know some fellow craftsters! Thanks! Smiley
6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Holiday Greetings! on: December 09, 2007 06:02:30 PM
Thanks so much for the advice! Ill try it out! Ya this is the second time that I have messed up a project after it was 1/2 done or all done! First it was because of a dirty iron that stained my fabric then now I melted crayon! Oh well they make for a interesting story that I could make up and tell people! Hahah! Anywho ya I used just plain old Crayola crayons. I colored on the fabric first then i took another piece of fabric to lay over it so I could iron it so that the color stays in the fabric. Though I have noticed that you should color kinda hard because if you do it too light that once you iron it or wash it ever- it will fade out a little. I tried using fabric pens but I've never been too impressed- plus if you wanted to shade your fabric, its kinda hard with the markers.

Hello Everyone!
First off - ignore the two red spots! I didn't see the pieces of red crayon on the fabric when I went to iron it Sad so I'm working on stitching something over it or doing my best to get it out! Anywho I found the pattern from this site http://mytransfers.blogspot.com/2007/11/workbasket-holiday-cuties.html

10  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Fall Wreath finished! on: September 23, 2007 05:57:48 AM
Ive been itching to make something the past week- preferably something for the fall time. I was looking around at a few websites and got inspired by somethings I saw. So here is the creation from my inspiration Tongue
Though I keep thinking that it needs a little something more to it- I'm not sure yet. Any thoughts?
