7  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Temporary Bunny Hutch on: February 21, 2008 04:30:47 PM
oh how cute, i want a rabbit but my brother is allergic, in two years i'll have one!, any way, i read in a book that bunnies can't live in cages with wire bottoms because they have to be able to eat their poo, they can't get all the nutients from the first digestion, i don't know if this is true, but i would recomend not having a cage where the poo can fall through to the bottom. so so cute though, just thought i'd share! Grin

10  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Chew Toy: Can it take my dog's wrath? on: February 04, 2008 03:35:06 PM
great idea. i agree with blue_concubine, everything i've heard about keeping dogs buzy agrees with that. sencondy, i wouldn't recoment tennis balls, i've read the rubber lining contains lots of chemicals that are not good for your dog. they do make dog tennis balls but they cost more. good luck with the toys, hope it holds up!
