11  Re: 10 Minute Swap round 3 in The Swap Gallery by jonnamarco on: July 08, 2011 05:43:08 PM
I received a super awesome package from dexterchickk today. Behold the awesomeness:

I love dinosaurs! I love embroidery! I love this piece. This picture does not do this justice.

Next zombie hand earrings and necklace. Are they made from shrinky dinks? If they are, they are the best shrinking dinks I have ever seen.

How bad ass are those?

Even the note she sent was awesome. She drew this on the back.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

I am just shocked by how awesome they are. I am also feeling bad because mine are nowhere near this good.

Hey Ironic, I'll post a few pics of what I sent so you can take your time getting your new SD card.
First, I made what I am calling an idea notebook. The paper is 4X4 and its about an inch thick. About 1/3 of the pages inside have some reference to the movie (Arsenic and Old Lace). Like frankenstein, Teddy Roosevelt, jack o lanterns and quotes from the movie. I'll only post the cover and one page from the book. Ironic can post more if she likes.

Next, a Victor/Victoria needle book. I was nervous about this one because I don't really know how to sew. I just fake it.

A darth vader stenciled painting:

The charm/keychain, earrings and Up grape soda pin:

I couldn't get a good pic of the notecards or bookmark. Anyway, I'm so glad you liked it Ironic, I had major swap anxiety.
