oh I like these they are creepy...I have don droplets before just draw them on the fabric and fill them in with satin stitch.

you could use spray adhesive and roll it on the backboard or like the craft double sided that ( looks like white out rollers)..I love the little bird in the cage it is super sweet.  great job!
