11  looking for knitted blazer pattern in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by anky on: June 05, 2006 06:41:16 PM
Hi guys,
I'm looking for some kind of knitted blazer pattern. I really like the prepster jacket from stitch n' bitch "the happy Hooker" but I can't crochet and don't think I'll learn anytime soon. Anyone know of something similar in a knitted pattern? Here's a pic I found of the prepster jacket on craftster to help you with the visual....

12  Knitty's "penny" modification fiasco in Knitting: Completed Projects by anky on: May 29, 2006 08:45:01 PM
Here's how my modifications to knitty's "penny" turned out. As you can see it doesn't fit my dog quite right. He's a jack russel X Pug and so has a funny body shape with pretty wide chest and shoulders. You can see the fat rolls spilling out over the top. Does anyone have a pattern that might be suitable and fit him better? I'm not that keen on measuring and doing the maths to make up my own. I also want to make a bigger one for my cocker spaniel.

ok so I finally finished it! YAY! It took me awhile to get the right needles to do it and but I think it turned out fairly well. The only thing is that at the back where I changed rounds theres a little bit of a run of loose stitches but I think this comes from changing between the yo purl and the yo knit rounds.
