Frozen Seedless grapes are like little bubls of joy to my mouth on a hot summer day.
Um, ok that was a bit of over kill...

Frozen grapes, mellon balls, rasberries etc are awseom in tea or jucie or even just water instead of ice cubes.

I love ot keep frozen fruit on hand put a little in the belder with some juiceor flavored water & a tablespoon of yougurt or sour cream .... UMM lunch.
I take my Magic Bullet to work, very easy clean up.

I lived on smooties I'd make huge ones & freeze the leftovers i ice cube trays to suck on later.  Ikea ice cube trays make everything easier to keep down.
Apple sauce, ginger (candied), a splash of milk with lots of ice was my fav.
Also did frozen seedless green grapes, pear, milk.
peaches, ice & milk
Also i know this sounds nasty  but my gram made it & it was very good fresh mint, celery & apple juice.

anotehr gram recipe a can of tomato soup add double the water simmer bonless skinless chicken breast in ther till very tender add a little bit of chopped giner & a dash of tumeric.  is good & very soothing.

For health reasons I've recently made BIG changes in my diet.
NO RED meat.  a little chicken breast now & then (free range, hormone free) & fish & shell fish a few days a week, eggs onceor twice a week. I try to do atleast 3 days a week stricktly veg.
I drink at least 1 glass of skim milk everyday other than that it's soymilk or rice milk.

I love to throw fruit, a slash of wine & cinnamon in the cockpot. It smells divine  tastes wonderful.
(dried apples with raisins & some fresh craked walnuts is a favorite breakfast)
For lunch I like baby spinach with maderine oranges & almonds. Anoterh fav is hummas in a mini pita with a small side salad.
