2  My Homecoming Dress. Leopard&&//Lace in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by eskimokisses4mme on: October 25, 2006 06:11:56 PM
OK. so i dont really have any good pics, but you can see the top of it, i dont have any pics of the bottom, and no camera to take some ...sorry

but anyways i looove it. it was super comfortable. i got a big huge moo moo looking dress at the thrift store for like 7 dollars, and some lace @ walmart and i made what is now my favorite dress ever.

i know i have wierd faces going on but those are the only ones where u can see my dress...

the bottom goes to about 3 inches above my knee and lace on the edge.

i got alot of compliments from my friends who arent craftsters, but what about my craftsters?

3  This little Piggy went wee wee wee all the way to bed. PJ shorts. in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by eskimokisses4mme on: September 03, 2006 09:39:48 PM
Everyone knows the famous tshirt to pants tutorial. I sorta based these PJ shorts on that, but it was regular fabric, not a tshirt. Its a little wierd but i do love them, the pigs are so cute, and i just want to go to sleep when im in them. i also got the flamingo print ones, and made a makeup bag out of it (after i tried to make a pair of these but messed up terribly).

Wal Mart...if you're wondering where i got this adorable fabric. Oh and it clearly states that this material isnt right for childrens sleepwear.

Closeup of one of the pigs.

4  Not Knitting, Not Crocheting..Dont by hand. LITERALLY [raggedy scarf knockoff] in Knitting: Completed Projects by eskimokisses4mme on: August 02, 2006 01:56:00 PM
I made a knock-off of how_german 's Colorful Raggedy Scarf seen here:

or the first item on the featured project list.
I started doing this in 4th grade, but i dont think ive done it since around 6th grade....so when i saw her scarf i knew i had to make one! But i dont know how to knit, and i remembered how i used to make tem in 6th grade.... i cant really explain it, its just like wrapping the yarn (fabric in this case) around your fingers and pulling it over.... but it doesnt come out tight at all, so im thinking of making something so its tighter...anyways heres what i came up with....

One side.

the other side...you can kind of see how its not tight...

How i'll probably wear it...

or wrapped around your neck...it looks kind of weird like that close up...

just because i like this pic!

i really like it, its pretty heavy but i dont care...

I got my stuff from samsmartypants.
i looove it all.
i almost feel bad for what i sent her now! [[my sewing machine temporarily went crazy and something is wrong with the bobbin, it holds but i didnt want to make too much sewn stuff with a crappy machine.]]

anyways i got these adorable cupcake earings, a little summery bag, a bookmark with little ice creams on it, it says "with a cherry on top", and a peice of bread made from felt "my friend bread" because i love  bread but im not eating it while im dieting, and a super cute cupcake pouch for my purse.heres some pics...

my friend bread.

the cupcake pouch

bad picture of the bag

the cupcake earings

and a closeup of the cupcakes

and the ice cream bookmark.

6  Dang, Brit. You DO have a ghetto booty. PIC HEAVY in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by eskimokisses4mme on: July 25, 2006 09:10:10 PM
LOL. its always obvious...but never this obvious. that this white girl has a much more than average badonkadonk. But these pants give a new meaning to the phrase ghetto booty.
inspired by the victorias secret PINK sweats.
I used an old XL sweatshirt and based it off the tshirt to pants tutorial that i finally mastered...
i wish i wouldve had a colored sweater...black isnt really my thing...but i like them just the same

They say bRiT across the butt and in the front it has <3.

heres a close up of the brit, and <3....you cant see the color [[pink]] but you can see the design better.

closeup of the bottom of one of the legs...half a pocket...

and you have to get the idea of how huge my butt looks in these sweats. so...side shot:

i like them...theyre a little too low to be lounger pants...cuz you cant sit and have ur underz pokin all out!
and maybe they make my butt look a little too big...i dont want anymore attention for my butt...so i cant wear them out lol...but ill still use them somehow.

what do you think??

It was supposed to be the tinafish hobo. well that OBVIOUSLY didnt work out.  Wink
it took another try for that one to work out.
BUT this turned out way cute. the side has a little Handle.
Its just big enough to hold enough makeup for a day.
[[my makeup tends to add up like crazy]]
But I love it.

Here it is! :

closeup of the handle

I dont know if Ill use it...is it sellable? if not then i will use it!

9  Mini Hobo Bag. ((4pics)) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by eskimokisses4mme on: July 20, 2006 04:47:57 PM
MUCH love to tinafish!

well i didnt want to waste fabric if it wouldnt turn out right, so i used an old sideot sweatshirt, and a pink t shirt for the lining, and i thought it would come out the normal size. so wrong. but it turned out totally cute. i got confused on the straps so i just ended up using the loops out of a belt that i picked up the thrift store. i knew it would come in handy. oh and the zipper was from another purse that was retarded looking that i bought a couple years ago without further ado. my mini hobo.

as you can tell from my hand, its really small. i love it though. it might be too small. if it is, its looking like this is going to my little cousin. ://

love to hear your comments!

10  Daphney's First Dress. 3 Pics. in Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects by eskimokisses4mme on: July 20, 2006 04:18:40 PM
I'm pretty sure she loves it.
She looks way adorable in it.
Its recycled from my mom's old tank top:

and it has some elastic from an old pair of pants for the strap things...
