Hi everyone . Ive been into drawing hair styles lately . Here are a few 80s inspired ladies Ive recently created . The first one is loosely based of 1980s Barbie coloring pages . The rest are just from My imagination . Created with Sharpie , watercolor , color pencil and actual makeup ( eye shadow and lip stick )

Before and after

   I revamped this print of a painting I got at a rummage sale fore 1 $ .I used a dollar tree watercolor pallet and 6  colors of  50 cent acrylics from walmart = 3 $ and 4 $ in brushes . Not bad for 9 $ and a few hours of work . I cant wait to  do more of these !

2 piece LED light up snowflake combo ,the skirt has 2 cotton underlayers , a lace layer and 8 layers of tulle . Two battery powered LED light strands ( 2 AA batteries each - controls stored in a hidden pocket ) and a light cascade of snowflakes . The bodice is covered with layers of antique lace and tulle heavily adorned with snowflakes and features One LED light strand encapsulated in tulle . Which is powered by two double a batteries in a hidden pocket .
 My friend ( model ) Went on vacation to Nottoway plantation and did the photoshoot for Me

I just made a basic circle skirt for the base  then zig zagged row after row of artificial leaves until the entire skirt was covered . Then I made a light sheer underskirt and attached that added a waist band and last I put in the zipper . It didnt take long at all

i wanna know more, like...did you make the bigger leaves yourself? how did you attach all the smaller ones together? is it all once piece?

Thank you . The smaller leaves are all stitched on in rows with a zigzag stitch , and the larger leaves are actually from a harvest theme place mat I repurposed Wink its fully lined with a diagonal zipper and burlap crows - heres the back
