Thanks everyone.
I found the molds at Ikea, of all places.  They're silicon ice cube trays and they work wonderfully for soap.

I ended up making a Tropical Version after the originals became popular.

The orange is mango, the pink is passionfruit, the yellow is pineapple and the white is coconut.

Happy soaping everyone.

3  Sparkle Smoothers [4 images] in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by SparkleCookie on: April 17, 2007 02:18:35 PM
I am so proud of these, I just have to share.

I've been playing with lotion bar recipes and finally created one I like.  Of course, the packaging is the best part.  I had trouble figuring out how to label them, but I got some round labels... I wish I had pictures.  Maybe later.

Sweet Lavender (Vanilla bean and lavender)

White Chocolate

Honeysuckle Tea

I've also got a Raspberry Blossom version in the works.

4  Re: JANUARY 2007 BIRTHDAY SWAP Gallery!!! in The Swap Gallery by SparkleCookie on: February 04, 2007 07:29:15 AM
Look what I got from missamorphosis!

I am in constant awe of people who can crochet with wire...

This pendant is super amazing...

And the bracelet is so intricate and in my most favorite color!

Sorry about the washed out pictures. It's entirely too cold to go outside and use actual sunlight.  Smiley

5  Sparkle Fluff in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by SparkleCookie on: December 05, 2006 02:54:00 PM
I've been experimenting with salt scrubs and came up with this...

I call it Sparkle Fluff.  Smiley

This one is peppermint and vanilla and it smells just like peppermint ice cream.

This one is half mocha and half fresh bread scent.  I think it smells like brioche and coffee.

I'm working on a coconut and lime one as well.

7  Fun with earrings [lots o pictures] in Beads: Completed Projects by SparkleCookie on: November 06, 2006 07:02:36 AM
I don't usually make earrings, but I figured I could use up some of my stray beads.

Silver and malachite

Green crystals and Carnelian

Green crystal and blue glass -- they're a lot more flamboyant than my usual style.

Blue crystal and red glass

8  New random necklaces [image crazy] in Beads: Completed Projects by SparkleCookie on: November 06, 2006 06:51:09 AM
I've been on a jewelry-making-craze lately.  Here are some of the results.

I think this is white agate -- I'm terrible about keeping tags on things -- freshwater pearls and a wooden button pendant.  It's extra long so it can be doubled up with the dragonfly clasp in front.

This one is a lavender agate I think, with teal crystals.  It has a crazy pendant...

A double strand necklace with amethyst and caramel colored crystals. I think they look like cream soda.

Last I made this one -- it's mother of pearl, malachite and some kind of green stone (jasper maybe?)

It has a really exciting clasp.

9  Caramel Apple Jack Soaps in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by SparkleCookie on: October 16, 2006 03:57:53 PM
I made these the other day.  I found the CUTEST muffin pan at A.C. Moore and just had to use it.

They're Caramel Apple scented.  So very festive.  Smiley

10  Re: Pictures of craft fair setup - Please post! in Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs by SparkleCookie on: October 15, 2006 06:40:59 PM
I just did my very first craft fair today... it was small and in a school which is good since I signed up on Thursday.  This is what I threw together.

AW, look at my adorable assistant!

I know I need to create more height next time... and I saw that a lot of people put together L shapes with 2 tables.  Any other ideas?
