4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / ughh....i dont know what to doo... on: August 08, 2006 05:04:54 AM
there's this really old shirt that i want to give a "makeover" to.
i dont know where it's made from
i dont know if it's plaid. but when i went to my uncles place,
he said he was gonna throw it out, and then i asked him if i could have it.

sorry for the crappy quality
but it's alot bigger than it looks.

what should i do with it?
i was planning to resize it or something, but them it'll be too plain
what should i add?

i think it from the 80's.
the shirt has the oddest design all over of you look close up.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / how do i remove acrylic paint? on: August 06, 2006 11:29:37 PM
i let my sister "touch up" her hollister shirt, and she said she didnt need my help. she wasnt paying attention and she made this horrible big blob on the shirt. the worst part, she didnt mix it with medium.  Undecided how do i remove it?
i dont wanna try anything that'll make her shirt worse.
and you know what sucks?
she blamed me for not helping her.
6  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / ..um... on: August 06, 2006 04:28:29 AM
i have this friend that's kinda depressed, all the time. she's not what you call "emo" and she's always put down. i just wanna make her a present just because to see her smile once in a while. for sure, she loves music, everytime she draws something, which i really envy sometimes cause she so good!>.<, she always includes something that has to do with music,[ ie. rock, punk, trance, a cello(cause she's in the school orchestra), and queens of the stone age] she's always drawing on her arm these weird designs, she's likes the color black and she loves stuff like csi, science, and math. she loves stephen king, dean koontz, agatha christie, and mary higgins clarke books & hp books. she has her iPod on 24/7. and...umm....what else...i made her these pillows that have lyrics of her fave song. she kinda, KINDA liked them. she likes clothes, but hates shopping. Undecided she likes rupert grint.

why am i saying all of this?
cause i read the first topic and it told me to say all of that.
some friends started to not give her stuff on her b-day's and christmas
because they didnt know what she wanted,
and everytime i asked her what she would want
she always shrugs her shoulders
what should i make her?
i think imma go crazy if i see her depressed like that!!
7  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / scribble/doodle shoes? on: August 06, 2006 03:15:13 AM
alot of pics.  Tongue i found these really old leather granny shoes and i was horribly bored,
so i cut them..  and they ended up looking like this...
they looked really horrible. my mom said i was a idiot, so, about a starbucks drink later and a wasted sharpie was this
doodle/scribble flat thingy shoes! since i saw alot of ppl making scribble shirts, how about making scribble shoes? and, since i'm barely entering highschool, it be nice to see something that's actually unique and different instead of the same old "vans, dc, etnies" stuff.
so here are more pics, for the details i did..
Undecided you could see my leg in the background.
8  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / first post? the remade converse.alot of pics. on: August 05, 2006 01:30:45 AM
i always thought of making something out of my old converse, and when i went on to this site, i saw ppl make awesome-moe shoes out of their old ones. i used my old converse and made a pair of flats.  but, there was a problem before i started making it, how could i make it so that my feet wont look horrible? i'm one of the ppl with wide feet.  Undecided not proud of it, but yeah. and i always wanted flats that would flatter my feet instead of making them look wider.
so, here is my very first attempt .
hope you guys like it.
my very first project i finished & posted.  Grin
(my sister said their ooglie, though.  Embarrassed)
oh yeah, covered the inside with balck tape, so my foot wont come out all the time.
i need to find the right jeans to go with them though...

i want to make another pair of shoes.
but i have a blank white pair,
what should my design be?
