121  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / Video Game Stencils? on: May 31, 2006 07:09:14 PM
I'm looking around the web for pictures of video game character stencils? In particular, would be Link or Legend of Zelda stuff.. I'm thinking about trying to stencil a shirt for someone Wink  Any links or helpful tips would really be great! Thanks!

EDIT:
Ok i found this picture... would it be good for a stencil??

i would have to cut out the white part and make islands right?
122  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / pajama pants? on: May 15, 2006 12:55:17 PM
Hey everyone! I have a bunch of pajama pants that are either too short or i just don't wear them... they are the thin cottony type (not flannel)  and i'm trying to think of something to make with them! maybe other clothes, or a purse/bag?   Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?! Smiley
123  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / my first dress =) on: May 10, 2006 09:00:42 AM
I'm so excited- I finished my first dress!  I've sewn a skirt before this- at a sewing class from JoAnn, but this is the first project i've done by myself- it even has a zipper-which i thought was pretty easy.. even though i was scared at first.. hehe.
I got everything at walmart, and the total was about $15 all together. Which is awesome because i got to make it fit exactly how I wanted it to!
I love sewing... and my new pink polka dot dress. Smiley

Heres a picture of it:

I used this pattern: view C

It took me about 4 nights alltogether to finish it.
I love it and i can't wait to wear it Smiley
