21  Fabulous Flash Tattoo Tote/Handbag/Purse thing I saw and want to buy/make in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions by babychel on: November 21, 2006 12:29:35 PM
OK, so I saw someone at Panera Bread carrying the most awesome bag.  It was clear vinyl and was printed with tattoos!  I should have asked her where she got it, but I didn't.  I've attached a picture for reference (it's not hotlinked).  I have been unable to find the maker of the bag, but I am considering recreating it myself.  Now does anyone have any input on how I should go about it, or does anyone know what I'm talking about and where to find one?

I appreciate any and all help!  Thanks guys!

This one is the third in a series ... I dedicate this one to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Thanks for looking!

23  My second ATC artist trading card in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by babychel on: November 17, 2006 11:23:25 AM
So yesterday I made my first one and today I've made my second.  It's sort of becoming a series.  I made this one as part of a greeting card that I'm sending to friends that just moved to a new house.  Guess which number  haha ... oh, and the "P" is for their last name.

Thanks for looking!  I'm loving making these!

PS ... this is a post for the ATC, not the greeting card (so please don't move it)  Also, I am not double posting it either.

24  Inspired by the ATC swaps, HOdown and craftsters in general in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by babychel on: November 16, 2006 04:18:36 PM
Hi everyone!
I just had to make my first ATC!  Inspiration for the envelope comes from a recent personal swap done by Amaryllisroze for ChloeisCrazy.

L is for Love:  I may give it to my hubby (his name happens to be on it -Jack-, and he's a musician)

Thanks for looking!

25  Won't you be my neighbor *felt pin* in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by babychel on: November 03, 2006 11:55:41 AM
OK, so I know I should be working on a personal swap, but i wanted to make myself a little X the Owl pin out of felt.  (besides, it only took a few minutes)  Does anyone else remember him?  Isn't he cute?

26  Re: Adults Only Swap Gallery [Mature Audience Only!] in The Swap Gallery by babychel on: October 26, 2006 12:43:02 PM
Whew - I'm so glad you liked it!  Here are the pics that I can post:

"Naked" gummy bears, a dvd brochure and a womanly lollipop:

Thongs (these are my first try at clothing and they were unsuccessful, yet I sent them anyway - there is no stretch in the waistband duh)

My first try at polymer clay (painted in acrylic) These are stitch markers (can you tell what they are?)  I hope these aren't too naughty for the gallery:

A vibrator cozy (with removable, washable liner):

Sexy hot pink thigh high stockings:

The rest will have to be links only:
A lubrication cozy (will fit an ipod mini as well) with changeable front:

And the whole lot, which includes a naughty toy box-which the decoupaging did not come out good on - I'm sorry Sad  There's also a little pin in there that I made.

There you have it folks!  I'm most proud of the stitch markers and the lubrication cozy!

Why yes it is fantastic!  Batteries are are charged and so am I (time is now 2:07 am ) so I will now post pics.  I guess Nyxxie didn't go home to retrieve her package Sad either that or she hates it which just can't be!

So on with the pics:

The knitted restraints and whip/belt.  The knitting on the whip/belt is just amazing.  I wish Nyxxie and I lived closer together so she could teach me that (who knows maybe someday we'll meet, we know so much about each other after this swap lol)

Lame action shot:

Trying to get a better pic of both and show the true red (really much deeper) of the restraints (which by the way, I have 2 more coming)  Also, I could put these together and wear as a scarf!

Bettie Page journal: (and she's from TN just like Nyxxie)

Bettie Page and other cute magnets (I love these images)  One says The Awful Truth

Booby soap:  I said no penises and she obliged!

I love everything!  Thank you so much Nyxxie!

I can't wait to post your pics as well!

29  I have this fabric and this dress ... please help me create a warm wrap in Clothing: Discussion and Questions by babychel on: October 23, 2006 08:50:05 PM
OK lovelies, all my talented friends ... I bought this dress (which I am in love with) which I will be wearing to a wedding this Saturday night.  The wedding is supposed to be outside, and is in Massachusetts, so it will be freezing no doubt.  So I thought, hey, I can slap something together to wear as a wrap/shawl/warm thingy with my dress.  But I have sewer's block or something.  So could someone, maybe several of you ... help me?  The fabric is 72" by 63".  Maybe you could draw on the fabric in "Paint" or Photoshop?  Thanks in advance for any help that you guys give me!  I love you all!

The fabric:

Up close (it's like a velour/velvet with a burnout pattern)

The dress (Isn't it beautiful?):
