2  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / workspace on: June 03, 2004 11:33:07 AM
i'm interested to hear what you guys have set up for your workspace, specifically things that help you be more productive in terms of producing things for your craft businesses. especially those who sew, since that is what i do.

i'm trying to figure out how to set up my work space. currently the sewing machine/serger and my mom's loads and loads of sewing supplies and fabrics that have accumulated over the years are in our basement. except i find that i don't really like spending so much time working down there because it's, well the basement! so i've been toying with the idea of moving the sewing machine/serger up into a little (and i mean little!) spare room upstairs where i would have a window and daylight. except there isn't much space at all. so i can't decide what is better, cramped working space or no daylight. anyone have any suggestions?
