I will be qualified to organize it as soon as my current swap is completed (by thisweekend most likely)

Any takers??
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / KNITTY KITTIES!! WHERE ARE YOU??? on: August 01, 2006 01:12:16 AM
A couple months back, there was an etsy seller who made the most adorable kitten stuffies. they were knitted and called "Knitty Kitties" (or something very  close to that effect)

i cant find her now and i would love to be able to buy one or swap for one!

if anyone knows her whereabouts, please let me know, her stuff is the cutest!
4  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / What the heck are these! on: June 15, 2006 06:08:42 PM
Dear Craftsters,
Huh I don't even know what these are! I'm assuming its for a spool of thread, but why? A bunch of them were given to me along with an older, pull-out table sewing machine. Does anyone know what they're for, or have any ideas for alternate crafty uses? Feedback appreciated!  Huh

8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / i guess i'll go eat worms.... on: May 06, 2006 07:59:40 PM
i at first thought craftster was a place to come to show off your home-made things that were different...not uber-trendy. craftster used to really inspire me...but lately ive been kinda discouraged by it....it seems that nobody really cares to leave comments unless is something "cool" or "in style" its not that i make really weird off the wall stuff. im no crazy fashion deviant or anything, but... am i wrong? maybe im doing something wrong? any tips on getting people to look at your stuff without having to make it trendy?

un-trendy tauna

10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / ***Starry Clutch!*** on: March 26, 2006 03:06:51 PM
i still don't quite have the hang of zippers but i think this clutch turned out alright!
the only matching zipper i had was wayyyy too long so i just looped it around to make the handle thingy. the lining is a solid purple (same as the bigger star)
hope you like it! oh also the smallest star applique is 3-d, i stuffed it with pillow stuffing. it was a last minute idea. i just happened to see a little fluff ball sitting next to me on the floor all lonely looking.
