Zoe is the most beautiful baby ever!  And that outfit makes her look even cuter!  I cannot wait to see what else you've made!  Did you get the yarn here or over there?

Thanks!  I would say make the size small... I'm 34 inches in the chest with a cup size C, I usually wear small or medium tops.  Remember that cotton expands as it is worn a lot!  Also the size small came out a bit wide around on me and I was on gauge the entire time.  I can' wait to see yours!

Wow!  That looks great  on you!  I like it way more than on the model!

I love this sweater!

It is Blue Sky Alpaca Cotton and the Blue Sky Eyelet Sweater pattern.  Such an easy pattern!  I got the yarn and the buttons at Loop.  It used a little under four skeins for the size small.  I went down a size in needles, it is very stretchy and any bigger needles I think it would stretch too much.

Give it a try!  A very fun, easy knit!

10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Wonderful Wallaby! on: March 25, 2007 12:48:01 PM
I finished my Wonderful Wallaby and I love it!  I've been sick all week which was great for knitting but I look like a zombie- hence the blacked out face.

Pattern:  Wonderful Wallaby, adult small, by Cottage Creations which I purchased at Knit NY
Yarn:  Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in Amethyst Heather, 10 skeins
Modifications:  I did a two by two ribbing around the bottom and the cuffs simply because I like it better.  I also did the stockinette stitch hood option.

Overall, I thought this was a great pattern.  So simple and so cute.  Give it a try!  I cannot imagine that you would not like the results!
