You and your dress are amazing!  Just as I hope your wedding was... Congratulations!

P.S. Vera Wang should be nervous.

Hot, amazing, and totally a huge amount of work!  You rock.  Sounds like a pretty cool assignment.
873  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: Better late than never: Jeans + Pillowcases + Sweater = XMas Stocking! on: February 15, 2006 10:56:20 AM
What a fun and creative idea!  I made (very traditional) christmas stockings one year, out of old velvet dresses I got at the Thrift Store  - and gave them to everybody for Chanukah, so they would have them in time  Wink

Everything looks so professional, and really cool!  I love the wide necklines and extra long sleeves.

Totally adorable!  What a great way to use a kid's shirt, too - they always have the cutest stuff for little girls.  And you know they only get to wear it once before they grow out of it or stain it or something Smiley  You look great!

So cute!  Tunic tops totally rock 'cause they fix the low-rise pants problem.  You've got a great reuse for those gigantic band t-shirts, and major props for hand sewing!

The celtic one is gorgeous!  And the others as well, but I'm a sucker for garnet colored stones.
