1  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Cloth Diaper Covers on: February 02, 2008 04:29:14 AM
There are so many sites for making your own cloth diapers www.diapersewing.com for starters. I am due in June with my second and will be using cloth form the start, so I will have 2 in cloth. I am in NZ so I get all my patterns from www.thenappynetwork.org.nz and my PUL from a local online store called Greenbeans.
Making your own is so easy and so much fun.
Those covers look great.

4  CITY GUIDES FOR CRAFTSTERS / NEW ZEALAND / Re: Anyone from Dunedin? on: December 22, 2006 04:12:44 PM
Knit World in town has a knitting group on Wednesday mornings from 10am. The Stitchery across from the oval has a sewing group too. There is also a spinners and weavers guild which meets in Rosyln. I take my 1 year old to the Knit World group. It's fun we sit and knit and chat.
5  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Authentic Indian Butter Chicken on: August 16, 2006 06:47:15 PM
I made this recipe for dinner a few nights ago. We served it on rice with mini poppadoms and my fiance loved it. He said it had the right amount of spice and was even better than a bought one. I have been looking for a good butter chicken recipe everywhere and this one is the best.
