35  My Paris Purse/Tote!! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by sewingcybermom on: March 02, 2006 08:51:48 PM
Cheesy Cheesy  Ok, I am soooo tired of working on lycra and skating dresses I decided to take a break and make something out of plain old cotton and no bodies!!!!

Here's my  very first tote bag. I've been thinking about the design for a while and I think it came out pretty good. It's 15" wide, 11" tall and 5" deep. It has a magnetic snap closure and 25" straps.

Let me know what you think!!!

36  Re: The Ugliest Thing I Ever Made in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by sewingcybermom on: March 01, 2006 10:06:02 PM
Ok, here goes....I made this skating dress out of scraps of fabric, some glitter paint. Put it up on e-bay for no kidding....99 cents and it sold for over $80.00!!! I felt so bad, I sent the winning buyer a check for $50.00 with the dress. Can't believe what others think is nice!!  UUUGGGHHHHH!!!!!
