3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Coussin a doudou (Pillow blanky) on: December 19, 2006 08:55:30 PM

I saw this at a fair and thought: I can make these.... I can make these as gifts too. So the first one I made was for a BD gift to a friend who's in a tiki kind of mood.

It is a pillow with a blanket inside. The pillow is made from a fabric I got from my great-Aunt and the blanket is fleece.

I'm so ready for Christmas...

Thanks for looking!

Hi everybody!

So will waiting on the line for some insurance agent to answer me I was doodling robots. It came to me then.... SHORT CIRCUIT! I loved that movie when I was a kid. So I doodled a #5 and decided to make a stencil of it. So you can check out my entry on my blog... I still can't get that posting pictures correctly... but I have faith that someday I will.

If you go to the IMDB you have a link to the trailer. That's where I got the shock of my life.... THAT MOVIE IS 20 YEARS OLD!!! I'm getting old fast.... loll

6  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 14 ENTRIES / The abandoned cabin in the copper forest - The paperweight on: August 06, 2006 08:12:34 PM

So I had a dream after seeing the wire tree my mother's boyfriend made. I was in a copper forest, and in this forest, there was this beautiful, inviting house. When I got to the house it was in fact a rundown cabin... Anyway, I made a paperweight cause I like to make things that are useful. It was made from a paperholder base, copper wire I pulled out of my broken TV, chopped wooden coffee stirrers.
