These bring back memories from the Halloweens of my childhood. Your witches are absolutely lovely--the pale faces, black eyes, and stylish clothes! I would pay for one.

OMG. These are the most beautiful things I have seen in a long, long time. They're absolutely lovely. Have you ever seen Michel Ocelot's "Prince et Princess"? He uses fairy-tale like silhouette animations much like yours to tell stories... If you haven't, please check it out sometime! I love Ocelot SO much, and your paintings remind me of them. Ugh, I love your things so much. Ahghh. Sorry I'm not usually like this but they're so pretty and evoke all these emotions for me...

the doll is one inch, or three cm tall. poseable & can stand up alone. i made her from twisties and embroidery thread scraps.
the elephant was just made from left over felt & embroidery thread scraps, but it was just her size so i included him in the photoshoot.

I never had the slightest interest in embroidery of any sort before (craftster), but looking at the varied & beautiful projects on craftster inspired me to attempt it! it's riddled with mistakes, mostly because I am a lefty and so the directions for stem stitch & outline stitch got me mixed up, heh.

The intials are my mum's; she loves anything I make so I decided to give it to her in spite of all the mistakes.

All the embroidering got me into a sewy mood so I made this:

Absolutely gorgeous. This is the sort of room I always imagined having when I was all growned up and wealthy (hah); I can't believe you made all this. It's seriously beautiful, and looks so comfortable too!

All of the veils are very beautiful, but I particularly like the birdcage veils. I'd love to know how to make them--but isn't too much trouble to PM each and every person? I'd be so grateful if you could post instructions (no matter how short) on this board. Smiley

That is the most adorable dress I have seen all summer. And, as everyone else has said, it looks amazing on you (I love that yellow!).
