3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Discworld Swap... I don't know which number!! on: August 21, 2008 10:46:11 PM
This sounds like a good idea. Also, for any one whose interested, I recently found this boook

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Art-Discworld-Gollancz-S-F/dp/0575075112

The illustrations in it are amazing. Pratchet did well to team up with this illustrator, he captures everything so perfectly!

If your stuck for ideas for this swap when it happens, go to your nearest bookstore and have a flick through this tome of a book.

cheers!

Its already been posted, but i love it so much i had to post a picture of me actually wearing it. Dodgy as the pictures are, you can see the really cool stenciling that giant squid did on this hoodie on the front and back. The only problem is... that is summer, so i cant wear it for another few months!!!

Thanks giantsquid!
9  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / better late than never? on: January 08, 2007 04:01:51 AM
Hi guys,

Im so terribly bad at keeping up with things on the internet at the moment. Yes ive learnt my lesson, no more swaps until life settles down. Sorry again. Thankyou so much guys for the wonderful things youve sent me. I know youve already posted them but you mentioned tanza you wanted to see what you sent in their new home, so here they are!

Firstly Tanza sent me these awesome gifts

As you can see my wonderful new ninja has settled in with the other toys. Thanks for creating something from my wist.

And the DS case is great, it has a polar fleece inner lining for extra antiscratching breaking. And of course its got the radish spirit on it! The anime version of me. DS not included.

And starberrii sent me this awesome celtic knot tote bag, i cant believe she hand stitched it! And this cute little bird, i so have to learn that cross stitching technique. Its a japanese technique isn't it?

And everything together,

I love the bag, i take it to work with me everyday.

thanks guys, again sorry for neglecting you!
