Looooooove the etching! I have been experimenting with spoons and was thinking I would try etching one. What type of tip did you use? I would love to see a tutorial too! Thanks for posting!
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: The random RESIN question thread! on: March 23, 2009 05:51:58 PM
Great question...sorry dont have an answer, but hope someone else does. Sounds like a neat idea!

I was gonna try doing some pinecones in resin.  Not sure how that would work.  We have a tree that has dropped thousands of small pinecones and thought they would be cool to put in resin.  Might just have to give it a try.

Like the coffee bean idea!!!  Maybe use more to fill completely?

I just bought some resin and waiting for some free time to use it!  Cant wait to get started with it.  I love to see what everyone use in it....very interesting!!!  Seems almost anything works!

I agree a resin board is definitely needed. I started reading the thread and it was started in 2005! And it is very hard to find the info needed.  It is a very interesting subject and I have sent a few friends here to look at it, but, wow, it is verrrrrrrrrrrry loooooooooooong.
