1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: 10 Minute Swap round 3 on: July 10, 2011 07:15:29 AM
I received my awesome package from jonnamarco yesterday. She must have very fast fingers, because she sent me so many beautiful things!

First, this excellent set of blank cards with Day of the Dead skulls and anatomical drawings:

She ALSO sent me these awesome earrings. Two sets of cupcakes (LOVE) and some very pretty teardrop bead earrings (I'm wearing these today!), and an adorable set of charms--one is a tiny monkey.

Thanks so much jonnamarco!!!

I think my partner and I are TOO well suited to one another, so now I have TOO MANY ideas!

Now I just need to commit to two and get some crafting done. Is it the weekend yet?
5  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: One Tiny Pushing Daisies Item Swap? on: July 11, 2010 09:06:45 AM
I only recently discovered this show via Netflix (yeah, I know I'm way behind. Apparently I don't watch enough tv  Wink, grad school and all) and it's sooooo cute. Does "tiny" mean one small item? If so, I would definitely be in!

P.S. I am down for international swapping!

I love this! I always liked the Who? pattern, but this shape is more my fancy-it looks like it fits like a tam? I also would love to know your modifications.
7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: The crocodile hat that will simply eat you up on: November 08, 2009 08:37:36 AM
THIS IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!! I so want one. Did you make 2 flat pieces and the sew them together, or work tail to snout in the round? Is the body stuffed?
8  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: *speechless* on: September 19, 2009 08:41:05 AM
WOW!!!! THAT IS SO AWESOME! I love him. The statue is so clever. Your crafty skills are admirable and that is probably the coolest thing EVER that he took time out to send you that.

The dress is awesome! It looks great on you. Did you make the sweater too? I'd LOVE to know where you got it.
