1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Hair Adornment Swap Gallery on: April 16, 2006 03:18:59 PM
I recieved my package from spitbubble luv yesterday and i must show you all how good she was to me Smiley  She made the most beautiful flower clips and kanzashi clips!! (the white ones i'll be wearing to my wedding)

Here are some more flower clips she made and the cutest whale hair bands! And one of my favorite.. Chicken hair pins!!!! She also included a pretty card and instruction on how to use the apple hair sticks she made.

She had asked me for a panta ( i love to knit!!) along with the regular swap goodies i had in mind and since she lives in Italy she said she would send some neat Italian goodies- and be still my heart...  These are FANTASTIC!!!  I love the cute little hippo cookies Smiley and the cookies were attacked even before i got to take pictures Smiley

Thank you so much spitbubbleluv!!! You've been so kind and really great to swap with. I hope you like your package as much as i did!  Thank you Cheesy

Wow!! That is such a great needle keeper! I just keep mine here, there and everywhere with my yarn (sometimes they even make their way into their tupperware home under my bed) I may have to consider making a variation... maybe a moose? You are awesome!!

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Two Japanese skirts on: March 18, 2006 05:43:48 PM
Those skirts are so pretty!! The fabric is so nice, did you get it online or a store local to you?  I have a wholesale fabric shop a block from my house but the funkiest thing i've ever seen there was watermelon print.  I could just imagine the bad picnic table jokes if i make that into a skirt. haha!   Good job again! ( i especially like the blue one!) Grin
