Yes. I usually sew things that are bigger and I suck at following patterns. I started making a dress from a pattern I got online, and it ended up completely different. The crocheting wasn't too bad. That was easier than sewing. It is fun though.

It's so pretty! I also *have* to know what yarn you used - it looks like it might be Simply Soft (maybe the Brights line?) by Caron?

Great guess. I did use the Simply Soft Caron yarn. I love the weight they have and the softness. They have the best color selection as well.
