Homigoodness, I haven't been here for over a year.
-Finish baby afghan before baptism
-Knit something small, maybe a dishclth, just to get back in the habit
-Design a sample save-the-date card
-Work on cake design for reception
12  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Finished Whimsical Grandmother OOAK (Pic heavy) on: May 27, 2010 11:03:20 AM
I think she'd have a plant/flower name, but something a little unconventional---Myrtle, Poppy, Clematis, Vinca, Geranium, etc.
13  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Weddings and Bridal Showers / Re: Dollar store centerpieces on: May 25, 2010 03:43:31 PM
I'm not sure if fish=centerpiece is a good idea.  Guests have a tendency to mess with centerpieces when bored (I've been a guest to quite a few weddings, I speak from experience) and I'm sure some bad things will happen to some of those fish, whether it's some tipsy relative trying to swallow it or a person spilling the centerpiece, etc.  Maybe those things won't actually happen; it just seems like you're inviting trouble to have a live animal as a decorative accent.

Snakes on a brush, Egyptian find, Pretty Pretty Flowers

Enough is enough! I have had it with these monkey-fighting snakes on this Monday-to-Friday plane!

The preview picture looked like cheese at first, and I was really confused/excited.  The mango/ginger scent combo sounds delish!
18  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: one yard of fabric= great dress on: March 01, 2010 11:46:43 AM
Very cute; I have too much booty for a dress like that to cover, so I can't exactly make use of this tute, but it's a brillo idea.
19  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Super Long Goth Hat *Pattern Included* on: February 18, 2010 12:42:13 PM
I like the hat, but I like him even better.  Unfortunately, my boyfriend took me ring shopping a couple weeks ago.  He hasn't proposed yet, so I still have time to back out!   Wink

Approved.  Wink
The beard paint is a perfect finishing touch.  Most excellent, ma'am.
