Mishy, unfortunately, they do not have a website. There's a couple things that mention it, or describe it, but no official website.
Sweets - When you said a heart, I thought you meant like a heart instead of a star like I had on mine. I think that's super cute! I originally just wanted the little lines to put on the invite, but I looooove that! Would you mind if I just used that? I'd probably would make it bw, or maybe teal and white. duno.(On a side note, I think it's weird that Google [assuming you used Google maps] put Evelyn Kennedy Park cuz I haven't really noticed a park there. Just a bunch of empty space.)

Wow, I took a sleeping pill and it'd killing mr, zThe screen keeps changing colors  and moveing over,,,and it bends and sometimes it seem lkek there cottonn rows and rows of cotton behind the screen and then little people are walking in there  and then the cotton turns to gas and stasrts coming out of the window.
Oy I should not be typing while I'm crafterstering but I don't wanna stop. I feel like theer's 5 little people in here
Sooooo... I don't think I posted pictures of my mockups for the invites on here yet. I think I've lost the original mockup, all I hav left is an envelope I miade that ws too big. It's going to be a third of a white cardstock page and will have just the"we invite you to come see us on oct 29 balabablnbla" stuff and then there'll be anothe rthing the same length of the invite  where one part will be a postcard that's like an rsvp card and the other part will be the directions on one side and i forgot what will be on the other side. The postcard and map parts will be perforated so it's easier on my guests. Both sheets will go inside a teal envelope (which I have yet to buy) that will look sort of like this (the names are just random names, and they'll probably be written in a gold or silver paint pen, although i could probabbly find a pink in our color) The part that says JK is actuallly the paper behind it will have a pretty stamp and our initials on it. Yayy. I can't find my camera

22  Re: Bouquet stems -- How to wrap? in Weddings and Bridal Showers by thekster on: April 21, 2008 12:54:06 PM
I'm not sure exactly what you mean... I googled "katana hilt" and it sort of looks like how I wrapped mine.
That looks really sloppy cuz it was my first go, but is it similar to that? Just more close together?

*frustrated scream* I hate trying to draw things in Microsoft Word! It's hideous. This is the La Porte, Texas area, and a lot of those streets are actually curvy, not so linear. I couldn't figure out the stupid curvy line thing in Word.
I think I'm just gunna try to do it in Paint. *sigh* Sorry guys. I just needed to vent a little. :/

24  Re: The Crafty Wedding Craftalong! in Weddings and Bridal Showers by thekster on: April 06, 2008 08:32:02 PM
Today, after going to another wedding show, I finally felt like getting off my butt and getting some wedding things together.
It's definately not finished; I'm pretty much just posting them on here now to get you guys' advice. I painted the top 1/4 of three dowel rods with a silver spray paint so it would blend in a little better (hopefully) with the letters and wrapped wire around the letter and dowel rods to keep them together. I'll probably wrap ribbon around the rest of the dowel rod that will be showing, but I don't know how far it will need to go into the cake to stay upright. There little loops at the top of each letter are where a piece of ribbon was attached, and I'll cut off the loops later. The blue roses are just paper flowers I made, and most likely there won't be any flowers on the cake. Also, I don't like how the dowel rod shows through at the bottom of the L - any ideas on how to affix the rod so it won't show? Also, does it look silly?
Sooooo what advice do you guys have for me?

I'm trying to get our invitations done, but have hit a snag. I saw a font I really like but I can't find it on any font downloading website. Does anyone happen to know the name of it? I've tried copperplate gothic light 1 (too bold), Felix titling 2 (too... something. large?), and optimus princeps 3 (just not right). This is what it looks like - (I couldn't find a B, P, Q, V, W, or Z to make a complete alphabet.)

26  Re: Come one come all post your new tattoo IDEAS! in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by thekster on: March 25, 2008 08:09:58 PM
After I got my first (and only, so far) tattoo, I said I would never get another one cuz it hurt. Noowwww, I want to get another one on the other foot. (My first tattoo - https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=163401.msg2429927#msg2429927) I love lilies, and even named my baby kitten Lily. At work the other day, I saw a book where the author had celebrities draw flowers which was supposed to reveal soemthing about their personality or some crap, but anyways, Martin Scorsese drew a really pretty picture of two lilies with what looks like blood dripping down. I cropped it to what I'd like - I might want different colors but I think that looks really pretty too. I can't wait!

27  Wedding food test in Weddings and Bridal Showers by thekster on: February 13, 2008 10:05:28 PM
What I'm making right now is technically a treat for tomorrow (and all us coupley peoples should know what tomorrow is!) but I'm doubling it as a test for the wedding. I can't stand to make stuff for the first time, not knowing how it will turn out.
Chocolate covered STRAWBERRIES, CHERRIES, and BLUEBERRIES!!! I have never heard of choc covered blueberries, so one of the reasons I'm testing those is to see if they taste any good. Problem is, I HATE blueberries. My whole family hates them. My fiance is the only one who likes them and he's asleep and I don't want him to taste them til tomorrow anyways. Edit: the chocolate looked done so I had my sister try it and she said it was pretty good... Then I tried it and I liked it too, despite not liking blueberries.  Also, I had to use canned maraschino (?) cherries because the regular ones at Walmart tonight were all wrinkled and black. I stuck a toothpick in each berry (or drupe,) dipped it into a mixture of approximately 16oz of melted milk chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of shortening, stabbed it into a brick of styrofoam, and left the whole thing in the fridge for 1530 minutes.
The next step will be to arrange on a serving platter or something, drizzle white chocolate onto all the little goodies and then yum yum eat.
I'll post pics of the drizzling process and the finished product when I finish.

View of the whole block... I will definately need more blocks if I decide to do this for the wedding.
They look really sloppy cuz I accidentally tipped it against the paper towel. Sad.

28  Re: Chocolate + Turquoise + Orange = June 23, 2007 in Weddings and Bridal Showers by thekster on: February 11, 2008 10:29:51 PM
Hey Bon, for the life of me... I cannot find the thread where these boxes are featured (pic for clarification in a second). I'm pretty daggone sure you were the one who used them and I had a question.

They're purple scallopy little boxes from the Dollar Tree. If it IS you who used them, and if I remember correctly, you painted them to match your colors. Could you tell me what brand you used and if the paint had any problems adhering PWEAAASE?
Purple so does not match our colors.

29  Re: Tour of our location. Inside needs sprucing up - any ideas? in Weddings and Bridal Showers by thekster on: February 05, 2008 09:56:42 PM
Oh yeah... the serving platter that's missing the silver thing to keep it all together -
I'm going to take that back and hope to find more there or just find some somewhere else.

Post sentences in picture form? You mean like Sweets just did?
*blows raspberry* to that! That means much more work for me, and I'm lazy haha
OK so I did take pictures. I'm thinking I don't like the way I had set up the table decorations in my mind.
Signing mat... real simple- I probably will print off something that says our names or our date or something in the same font as our invites.
Here's the candle things. I didn't fill them with water though.
It's not noticable in the picture, but these are slightly different. I think the one on the right was the one that I only have 4 of. The glass is slightly shorter, the candle is a little thicker and is a more beigy color, and the silver looks a little more on the gold side.
I was going to put three together but I don't think I like it like that.

They had ones that held three of the glass things, but they were ten bucks apeice, and I bought 30 for 30 dollars of the singles. Now I have to figure out how I want to use these.
