Hi Wanda!  CM scrapbooks are unique in that you scrapbook right onto the pages.  A top loading scrapbook allows you to choose whatever background you like...You can scrapbook onto a plain 12x12 piece of cardstock, or you can use a blocked page like SEI papers sometimes have.  I am a big fan of SEI scrapbooking kits.  http://sql.shopsei.com/sei/menu.php3

For a Disney album, what I recommend is that you purchase a page kit...they usually contain about 20 pieces of 12x12 scrapbooking paper, stickers, letters, embellishments, etc.  You can get Disney from Joann.com and if you need a 40% coupon you can pm me, I'll forward one to you.

I actually got my Disney scrapbooking kit from Disneyland when I was there!  Smiley

Have fun!

I have a 510, and I use it to laminate and put adhesive on large pieces of cardstock (up to 5").  It is wonderful, but I just found out that I really do need a smaller one, like a 250.  I got a Cricut for mother's day, and I thought the xyron would be perfect for putting adhesive on all the letters, but it's hard to put them through the 510.  I would say if you want to do smaller stuff, like embellishments, small cutouts, etc. up to 2.5", go with the 250.

I've been scrapbooking for about 7 years, and have been through a lot of different types of adhesive, but I found Tombow and love that the most.  They make two kinds; permanent, and temporary.  I buy it by the carton full.  I used to use gluesticks too, but when I started looking through some of my older scrapbooks recently, the pictures and papers were coming off the page.  When I need to adhere something heavy like metal, I use SU's crystal effects.  I only use archival safe products.

Have you tried ebay?  I've bought a few scrapbooks (MBI brand) from this ebay store  http://stores.ebay.com/WHOLESALE-CRAFT-OUTLET  and the quality was awesome and the prices are really good.  Also, if you are involved with the us military at all, you may want to ask around if anyone is a Stampin' Up consultant, they can get you great scrapbooking albums.

There are several different sizes of keepsake envelopes here, including the one you are looking for, for scrapbooking, archival safe adhesive backed.  I use Fiskars, but I don't know if they come in single size packages, I get the variety pack usually.
