i really hate the sleeves on Old Navy shirts but I liked the print on it so I couldn't throw it away.
This was my first time installing a zipper, and I found it incredibly easy, MUCH easier than lining.
3  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / My Communist Shoes[UPDATED] on: June 09, 2006 08:02:19 PM
so I bought these at payless:
nice, but I didn't have anything to wear with them so...

i present my communist shoes:

They don't have that painted on them yet though, but once I get some golden yellow paint.

Well i guess i should have told more about them, haha.
I used acrylic paint.  I did cut the tongue part of it but i haven't finished the edges with anything, i'm really bad about things like that, starting on things before knowing how to finish them, but the edges don't seem like the will "frill"(i think im using that right) and I cut it pretty straight so it doesn't look terrible.

hope that answered your questions.
