Hey There,

I'm interested in your brownie cup cake recipe.  I'm on the search for the perfect java brownie recipe, and actually think I'm gonna just add a t or 2 of instant coffee mix to it all.

I love it.  I love them both.  I've been looking for a suitable t-shirt pattern such as the one's you've drafted.  Drats.  Any chance of you providing a tutorial.

3  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Completed Projects / Re: Fiber Friday 4/27 on: April 27, 2007 08:52:12 AM
Hi Everyone,

Long time no post, but that hasn't stopped me from viewing and aweing over Fiber Friday entries.  This week I can share something.
What started off as this

8 ozs of Paradise Fiber Microblend, consists of 95% superwash wool and 5% nylon.  Colorway is Raspberry mocha.  Spun into this

and here's another shot for clarity

All I can say is those are lace weight singles.  Not too sure of the yardage because I haven't measured yet.  The plan is to turn it into a lace shawl.  I'm glad I have more of this fiber, because I would rather my shawl be bigger than smaller.

Thanks for letting me share, now I'm off to view the other entries.

I love it, and if I had tshirts lying around, I would do the same!, but I don't any other creative suggestions?  Did you start off with cut off jeans or something?

5  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Discussion and Questions / Dress Form on: April 10, 2007 12:56:31 PM
Can any of ya'll recommend a good dress form.  I've checked the thread on Pattern Review, and I'm even more overwhelmed than I was before.  The only conclusion I've come to thus far, is to buy a smaller form and size her up, but could use some opinions on the various forms available for sell.

It looks really great!  What kind of fabric is that?

I highly recommend Sew What Skirts.  An awesome books that teaches you how to draft custom skirts that will fit you!

8  KNITTING / Knitalongs / Re: Fresh Starsky KAL? on: February 19, 2007 09:03:34 AM
For those of you who are working on it/have made it, did you ever reach a point where you didn't have to reference the pattern chart legend?  I feel like I can't remember what the symbols mean to save my life...having it in black and white doesn't help (I may make a color-coded version).

Nope, Never!  LOL.

Ive finished all the pieces and the collar.  I'm now in seaming land, which is taking FOREVER.  I'm not all too pleased with the armhole, I think it may be too big, I should've started the decreases sooner.  I'm trying to figure away to tack it down without it looking too bulky, even though it's knit in bulky yarn.  In between seaming, I need to find something else to knit, seaming puts me to sleep and I don't want to rush it to f it all up.

10  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: What Materials Do I need to Trace on: February 17, 2007 01:03:26 PM
OK I have the needlepoint tracing wheel.  Now I need to find tracing paper, or can I use something else that can be bought from the corner store?  Hmn, windows.  What a  good idea. I guess I better get to it, while the sun is still out.
