Hi Everyone, Long time no post, but that hasn't stopped me from viewing and aweing over Fiber Friday entries. This week I can share something. What started off as this 8 ozs of Paradise Fiber Microblend, consists of 95% superwash wool and 5% nylon. Colorway is Raspberry mocha. Spun into this and here's another shot for clarity All I can say is those are lace weight singles. Not too sure of the yardage because I haven't measured yet. The plan is to turn it into a lace shawl. I'm glad I have more of this fiber, because I would rather my shawl be bigger than smaller. Thanks for letting me share, now I'm off to view the other entries. Necia

Ok I can't wait any longer for someone with more to offer to start this thread. I humbly present you 1 lone skein, that I spun, and then dyed this week. http://www.thescentscene.com/pictures/DSCF0567.jpg4 ozs Henry Attic Superwash Merino. Sport Weigthish, about 180 y. Used Wiltons, and a little bit of acid dyes for this. Calling my 1st colorway Under The Kitchen Sink, because I grabbed dyes, and just called it a day. No real inspiration at all. Surprised by the outcome, but will always love it, as this is my 1st spin to knit, and dyed yarn. Now, what should I knit with it? Ok, whose next? Necia

Last week at work, I was bored, so I had the misfortune on clicking on the thread that contained all the awesome tutorials. Man oh man why did I do that. The next day I had work to do, and I was still busily clicking around Craftster instead of working. Anyway, here's my completed project. This is my 3rd sewing project, following a tutorial. The 1st 2 thingies I made I just sorta winged. I really enjoyed this bag, and see a dozen more in my future. I totally forgot to take a picture of the lining, but it is plain blue solid cotton fabric. Thanks for looking Necia </edited by jMi to fix picture>

I'm on a roll today, bringing back buried threads. Well I may be late, but at least i finally jumped on the bandwagon. Mama E Cyber Fibers Colorway Bird I used a size 1.5 or a 2.5mm. If there is a next time, I will use a size 0. Done via magic loop one at a time. Thanks for looking. Necia

Hi All, Here's a picture of Knitty's Maryella bracelet. This bracelet was so addicting to make. Notice how comfortable it looks draped around my wrist. Too bad, I have to gift it. It's ok, because I started on another one for me, myself, and I already. Thanks for looking. Necia

Here's mine. I finished this on Sunday. The only thing I did different was double strand the ribbing, and drop a needle size for it. I like how it turned out, I just wish the waist had a little more shaping to it. A co-worker suggested I run some elastic along the inside of the shirt, not to sure about that, so I'm open to other suggestions. Necia
