Hey Ladies!! I am sooo confused on making a tiered mini skirt like the ones they sell at Forever 21, like this.


I want to make one for New Years Eve.

I know I need some lining fabric, but I am confused on how to make the tiers so short.

Okay,So I wanted to make some bridal shoes for my halloween costume. So I enlisted the help of my mom and found some white shoes in the back of her closet.

There was a stain on the side of them, and some scuffs and what not. So I went to Home Depot bought some spray paint, should of went elsewhere for cheaper stuff, but oh well.

ETA: Here is the inspiration pic

These were during the process, and I was trying to figure out if I wanted more rhinestones.

Here is the final product...

Needless to say my mom wants them back now,  Grin

I might do these to another pair of old heels, post halloween.
