1  EDC shooting star rave outfit! in Costumes: Completed Projects by pez on: June 25, 2014 11:20:21 PM
I made this outfit to wear to EDC in Las Vegas last weekend!
The Star is made with glow is the dark sculpy & glitter.I glued\secured the star to a fiber optic hair clip and clipped it onto the sports bra.

The skirt has bright lights fed through doubled over & gathered tulle.

I had a blast & the skirt lasted 2 nights of the festival! The top- unfoutunatly I ended up losing the batteries to the star clip nearly immediately :\ but the star still glew, glowed? Glowed. Thanks for looking!

3  Rub-A-Dub Dub Shower curtain dress! in CHALLENGE 26 ENTRIES by pez on: April 03, 2008 10:03:59 AM
Here is my shower curtain dress. Inspiration came while walking down the bath aisle at the dollar tree!
So my ten dollars went towards: 3 shower curtains, shower rings, a box of six small loofahs, and palm tree wall decorations!

Here is the dress after I glued the three shower curtains together with hot glue:

The adorable palm tree wall decorations:

The finished product! complete with loofah corsage!

notice the shower curtain rings as "fringe"

and of course the adorable hat I made out of scraps!

Thank you for looking!

4  Re: 2006 Completed Costumes Scrapbook! (completed project pictures & links go here!) in Halloween Costumes by pez on: November 16, 2006 05:05:36 PM
This is my 2006 halloween costume: Tim Burton's corpse bride!

This is what the origional goodwill dress looked like before i cut it up and dyed it blue.

The wig is made from about 2 skeins of yarn. i really liked the wig alot bu it shed everywhere! you cant really see in the picture, but there is a viel connected to a head piece draping down the back. The bouquet just came from michaels and was wrapped in ribbon. Not pictured are my awesom blue stockings. i dyed white stockings blue and painted a skeleton leg on it with white and glow in the dark paint.
And to finish, of course, alot of white and blue face makeup! i hope you like it!
