Very pretty necklaces and those bottle cozy's are so fun.  I haven't seen anything like those before.  I'm sure they'll do great on ETSY.  Welcome and GoodLuck

Thanks for the input.. I am going ahead with the paisley.  And who knows what after that.  The price point is around $25-30.  Does this seem reasonable?

Before unveiling this new bracelet on ETSY,  I decided to keep it for myself.  Grin   I will be making more for my ETSY shop.  I am working on a paisley one next.   But I dont want to loose the clean look I have going.  Should I stick with what I've got?

I have plans to add some new things this week.  Been filling a bunch of custom orders.  Things have been pretty good ( though my sales number doesnt show it)

Also I have trouble asking people for feedback.  I feeel like a bother to go back and ask them to do me a favor and add feedback.  How do you do it?
18  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / Re: first craft fair-HELP on: June 19, 2006 01:06:04 PM
Displays:  Make it as 3-D as possible.  Go Up with your stuff.  Dont just lay it flat. Have nice tablecloths (more proffessional booth will bring in more customers)

For pricing... look at what others charge for the same type of product.  If other vendors sell a similar item at $5 charge $5.  Don't undercut just to make a sale.  Your price should reflect time/materials that went into your item.

No matter the size of your craft fair.. bring everything you have.  You will only regret it if you run out or if someone one requests an item in another color and you had it at home.
19  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Custom orders for IDs ... on: June 16, 2006 07:40:35 AM
My pet ID tags are becoming a hit. They are my best seller.  I have been getting several custom orders through ETSY and through people who see Ringo's tag.  (my dog)   I just updated my listing for my pet ID tags on my ETSY site to include picturee showing several samples of sizes and shapes availble.

Which would you prefer: Circle, Square, or heart?   Trying to figure out what the most popular design will be and focus my samples on it.
