What a beautiful little yard!  You must be very proud of your hard work.  I love the recessed stones and the use of the tubs for your tomatoes.  I actually even love all of your tall fluffy grass.  Cheesy

I just had to jump in to say that I made the roasted okra for my family this week and it was a HIT!  Everyone loved it so much that now I'm out there baby talking my okra plants to grow grow grow!

How many okra plants do you have?  I love to roast okra (& who doesn't love it fried?!)  Great entry!

I only have five okra plants this year.  I had six but one just mysteriously croaked.  It was the strangest thing!  I went out one day and it was just dead!  I've never tried it roasted.  I'll definately have to look that up.

Your garden is so beautiful!  We're getting so many banana peppers, but my bells aren't participating.  I can't wait for our tomatoes to turn red.  So far I haven't had the heart to pick a green one to fry, but your suggestion of fried green tomato on a BLT may have just convinced me!  Cheesy

This hasn't been the best growing season due to the horrible heat wave that we've been enduring, but thank goodness for small waterable gardens!

My first year to grow sunflowers in the garden.  The seeds were so pretty!  I saved plenty for a full row of them next year.

The cucumbers are going crazy this year.  Last year, was horrible and I didn't get any.

We love okra in Arkansas.  I plan to pickle a batch or three.

Planted the tomatoes a little late.  They're still green.

And these are my egg plants!  hehe.

They grow these.  Grin

I too succumbed to the wicked wiles of the UgBun!  So I ran to my stash and pulled out my ugliest yarn and voila!

Thank you for sharing your pattern. Smiley
